Supreme Court Justice Gabriel Pwamang leads a five-member committee constituted by President John Dramani Mahama to investigate petitions against the Chief Justice of Ghana.

President Mahama on Tuesday suspended Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Sackey Torkornoo following the establishment of a prima facie by the Council of State over a petition forwarded to them by the president

The committee, which is composed of eminent figures from the legal, military, academic, and public service sectors, is expected to conduct a thorough inquiry into the allegations against the embattled Chief Justice. Enditem
