West Ghana and West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus has been named in WhoScored’s English Premier League Team of the Week for matchday 34.
The attacking midfielder starred for the Hammers despite their 3-2 defeat at Brighton and Hove Albion last Saturday.
Kudus scored to level the scores for West Ham after Brighton had taken an early lead, but the London club collapsed in the final moments as Carlos Baleba snatched a late winner for the Seagulls.
Despite the defeat, Kudus scored high ratings, earning an 8.14 out of 10 points.
The West Ham attacking midfielder is joined by Liverpool trio Mohamed Salah, Alexis MacAlister and Cody Gakpo in the Team of the Week.
Matheus Cunha, who scored for Wolves at the weekend, also made the team together with Newcastle United’s Kieran Trippier, Dan Burn and Alexander Isak.
Fulham duo Joachim Andersen and Ryan Sessegnon, alongside Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchex, complete the best eleven of the week.
Kudus looks to have rediscovered his form at the business end of the campaign, playing a significant role in Graham Potter’s team. Enditem
